Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to all orders and purchases completed on Kheera Online (www.kheeraonline.com). It outlines our delivery coverage, courier timelines, shipping rates, and fulfillment procedures across the United Arab Emirates.

  1. Delivery Coverage We deliver exclusively within the United Arab Emirates, covering all seven Emirates:
  • Dubai
  • Sharjah
  • Ajman
  • Abu Dhabi
  • Ras Al Khaimah
  • Umm Al Quwain
  • Fujairah

Please note: We do not currently fulfill orders to international destinations or other GCC countries.

  1. Order Processing and Delivery Timelines
  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and official UAE public holidays) following successful payment confirmation via Stripe.
  • Delivery Timeline: Following dispatch from our facility, shipments are generally delivered to the designated delivery address within 1 to 5 business days, depending on the destination, product category, courier operations, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  1. Shipping Rates and Complimentary Delivery Tiers Delivery fees and free shipping thresholds are calculated based on the order subtotal after promotional discounts and are displayed transparently at checkout:

A. Standard and Small Items (Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman) Includes medium-duty shelving units, utility rolling carts, drawer organizers, corduroy bags, and fabric baskets.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: AED 30.00
  • Complimentary Delivery: FREE on qualifying orders of AED 300.00 and above.

B. Standard and Small Items (Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah) Includes medium-duty shelving units, utility rolling carts, drawer organizers, corduroy bags, and fabric baskets.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: AED 60.00
  • Complimentary Delivery: FREE on qualifying orders of AED 450.00 and above.

C. Heavy-Duty and Large Items (All Emirates Except Abu Dhabi) Includes industrial workbenches, heavy-duty warehouse racking, and platform push trolleys for Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Fujairah.

  • Heavy-Duty Delivery Fee: AED 100.00
  • Complimentary Delivery: FREE on qualifying orders of AED 1,000.00 and above.

D. Heavy-Duty and Large Items (Abu Dhabi) Includes industrial workbenches, heavy-duty warehouse racking, and platform push trolleys for Abu Dhabi.

  • Heavy-Duty Delivery Fee: AED 200.00
  • Complimentary Delivery: FREE on qualifying orders of AED 2,000.00 and above.
  1. Courier Tracking and Delivery Coordination
  • Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing your trackable courier details.
  • The courier partner may contact you by phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, or another available communication method using the contact details provided at checkout to coordinate an exact delivery window.
  • Please ensure your delivery address, street details, and contact phone number are entered accurately at checkout to avoid transit delays.

  1. Delivery Attempts and Alternative Handoff Protocol In standard cases, shipments will be handed directly to the named purchaser. If the courier is unable to reach the recipient after reasonable attempts using the available contact details, an alternative handoff may be made in accordance with our Terms of Service and the courier's delivery procedures (such as leaving the shipment with building security, reception staff, or a co-resident). Where an alternative handoff is made, the courier's delivery record will be used as evidence of delivery, subject to applicable UAE law.

  2. Inspection on Delivery, Damage, and Returns Every order is dispatched with reinforced packaging and protective padding to ensure safe transit. Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect their package upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, materially non-conforming, or incorrectly supplied, customers should notify Kheera Online at the time of delivery and, in all cases, submit any return request within seven (7) calendar days of delivery to kheeraonline@gmail.com with your Order Number and photos of the issue.

Where an issue is identified and reported at delivery and Kheera Online accepts the return or replacement, Kheera Online will handle the return or collection and bear the applicable return or collection courier charges, subject to applicable UAE law.

For voluntary or change-of-mind return requests submitted within the seven (7) calendar-day return window, the customer is responsible for the direct return courier transportation charges in accordance with our Terms of Service.
